Pursuant to clause 10 of Schedule 3 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I appoint
Ingrid Nea Collins
as chairperson of the board of the Tairawhiti District
Health Board.
This appointment takes effect on the date this notice
is published in the New Zealand Gazette and ends on
9 December 2004.
