Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Whataroa District Court
on 3 December 2002, against Aaron Noel Gray for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1974 Range Rover 3500 V8 (coloured grey), Registration No. HS5636.
