On 5 November 2002, the Commerce Commission determined, under section 27 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the terms and conditions on which interconnection with Telecom New Zealand Limited's fixed public switched telephone network (PSTN), and interconnection with TelstraClear's fixed PSTN, must be supplied ("Decision 477").
On 11 February 2003, the Commerce Commission clarified, under section 58 (1) of the Telecommunications Act 2001, Decision 477.
Pursuant to section 58 (2) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice that it has clarified, under section 58 (1) of the Act, Decision 477.
