John Anthony Waller and Richard Dale Agnew were appointed statutory managers of each of the above-named entities on the 3rd day of July 2003 at 4.00 p.m., by Order in Council under section 38 of the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989 ("the Act").
Notice to Creditors/Investors to Claim
Notice is given that the statutory managers hereby fix the 30th day of September 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors/investors of the entities are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
