Mortgaged Property

Take notice that on the 24th day of July 2003, Bridgecorp Finance Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage B. 5220088.2 (North Auckland Registry), upon the property situated at Unit C, 2 Blanc Road, Silverdale, Auckland, being all the land comprised in certificate of title NA68B/798, entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
