Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101 (1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Robert Anderson, occupation unknown of Nelson, who died at Nelson on or about the 16th day of November 1900, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable
in terms of section 101 (1) of the above Act.
Schedule
A vacant parcel of land comprising an area of Lud Valley Road, adjoining pasture and Lud Valley stream containing approximately 1200 square metres and being part of the
land included in the original Crown Grant No. 4248, Deed 29/233 and now the residue in Deed Index 2/586 (Nelson Registry).
