of Eternal Water New Zealand 2002 Limited, pursuant
to rights conferred by a debenture dated the 4th day of December 2002 and mortgage 5621676.1 (South Auckland Registry) on the 30th day of June 2003.
The registered office of Greenfields VDB Limited is
652 Great South Road, Manukau City.
A brief description of the property into which Greenfields VDB Limited has entered into possession is:
1. All the land comprised in certificates of title 26B/461 and 462 (South Auckland Registry).
2. The property and assets of Eternal Water
New Zealand 2002 Limited (including the property and buildings located at Otakiri, Whakatane, Bay
of Plenty, comprising the extraction, bottling and packaging plant, existing brands and marketing system, resource consents, licences and other assets of the business together with all modifications made thereto).
