Take notice that on the 20th day of May 2003, Bridgecorp Finance Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage B. 5450350.2 (Wellington Registry), upon the property situated at Flock House, Parewanui Road, Bulls, being
all the land contained in certificate of title WN48B812 (Wellington Registry), entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
