Notice of Joint Venture Dissolution
Notice is given that the joint venture between Jade Software Corporation Limited, Westpac Banking Corporation and the Christchurch City Council, known as the Canterbury Technology Park Board and being a joint venture established by deed dated the 22nd day of June 1987 (original parties Waimairi District Council, Casbank Superannuation Nominees Limited, DFC Ventures Limited and Hawdon Holdings Limited), was dissolved
on the 9th day of December 2002.
