Pursuant to section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952, notice is given as follows:
1. The mortgagee is mortgagee under mortgage B. 841067.8.
2. On the 3rd day of February 2003 the mortgagee, under mortgage B. 841067.8, entered into the mortgaged property, more particularly described below.
