Notice of Intention to Remove the Above named Company From the Register
I intend to remove the above-named company from the Register under section 318 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
I am satisfied that this company has ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for the company to continue in existence.
Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of the above-named company is delivered to the Registrar by the 20th day of January 2004 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove
the company from the Register.
