Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that Glenn Nightingale, liquidator, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the company from the Register.
The grounds are that the liquidator has completed his duties and has delivered to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 14th day of March 2003.
