Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register of Companies

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, as the company has ceased to carry on business, I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the Register of Companies.
The application for removal is on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar by the
7th day of March 2003 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
