Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
I, J. R. Fellowes, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the
above-named company, having its registered office at
the office of A. J. Wood, Chartered Accountants, Abacus House, 102 Thames Street, Oamaru, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by the 28th day of February 2003, the company will be removed from the Register.
