Notice of Removal of Company From the New Zealand Register and Incorporation Under Law of Bermuda
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
Richina Pacific Limited ("the company") gives notice that, subject to obtaining shareholder approval and after the 18th day of December 2003, it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Bermuda.
