Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Take notice that, subject to receipt of shareholder approval, it is intended to remove Vermont Investments Limited
("the company") from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to this removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Companies Office, Level Five, 3 Kingston Street, Auckland, by the 12th day of December 2003.
