Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

David Richard Travers Salter hereby gives notice that he intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the above-named company from the Register
on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and the shareholders have requested the removal of the company from the Register as specified by section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
