I, Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, liquidator of the following companies, whose registered office is at Ground Floor, 26 Hobson Street, Auckland 1, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on each liquidation (copies available from www.hulst.co.nz), it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register:

Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 1st day of December 2003.
