Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register
Neil Gene Govenlock and Peter Ralph Clarke, joint liquidators of Nippon Challenge America's Cup 2000
(New Zealand) Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Level One, 10 College Hill, Ponsonby, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having sent to the Registrar
of Companies our final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of
the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 28th day of October 2003.
