Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register Shenandoah Finance Limited
(in liquidation), pursuant to section 257 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the liquidator's final report has been filed with the Registrar.
Any objection to the removal, under section 257 (1) (b), must be lodged with the Registrar within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice.
