Notice of Application for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register
Address of Registered Office: Care of McCallum Petterson, Chartered Accountants, Level Eight, The Todd Building, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
The liquidation of the above-named company has been completed and the final report has been sent to the Registrar, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, together with a request that the company be removed from the Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
There were no receipts or payments made in the liquidation.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
