Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned director, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of Depositary (Bermuda) Limited, whose registered office is situated at Ernst & Young, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register after the 18th day of December 2003 (being a date not less than three months after the date of this notice), pursuant to section
341 of the Companies Act 1993, in connection with the company ceasing to carry on business in New Zealand.
