Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned director, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, after the 18th day of December 2003 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice) for the removal of Caterpillar New Zealand Funding Company, whose registered office is situated at Ernst & Young,
41 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law of Bermuda.
