Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final report has been delivered to the Registrar and it is now intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the company, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 30th day of September 2003.

Please Note: This completes the liquidation of a solvent company. The liquidation has taken place as the company ceased trading following the sale of its business to Graham Fisher (trading as Piranha Bar & Cafe), which continues to trade.
