Public Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Hartford No. 2 Limited, Hartford No. 3 Limited, Hartford No.4 Limited, Mountwel Limited, York Place (Parnell) Limited and Darby Hartford Management Limited, whose registered office is situated at Level Two, Orams Marine Village, 154 Beaumont Street, Westhaven, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of
the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the
Registrar the final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the liquidation of the companies has been completed.
Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 27th day of September 2003.
