Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the
New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that it is intended, after the 26th day of February 2003, to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the companies from the New Zealand Register in connection with the companies becoming incorporated under the law
in force in Victoria, Australia.
