Notice of Intended Removal of the Above-named Companies From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, Derek Farrelly, liquidator of the above-named companies (all in liquidation), whose registered offices are situated at Level Four, National Bank Building, 187 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to such removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland no later than the 21st day of August 2003.
