Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that it is intended, after the 7th day of August 2003, to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Descartes Securities Limited ("the company") from the New Zealand Companies Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated as a "société anonyme" under the law in force in the Republic of France.
