Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Take notice that it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that it has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of
the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal of the company must be delivered to the Registrar not later than the 8th day of August 2003.
