Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Peter James Pankhurst, hereby give notice that I intend
to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the above named company, having its registered office at
A A Townley, 66 Durham Street South, Christchurch, on
the grounds specified under section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of the date of this notice, the company will be removed from the Register.
