Public notice is hereby given of the intention to remove
St Adelphe Limited from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has never carried on business, the company has discharged in full its liabilities to all its creditors (if any) and has distributed all its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993 (there being no constitution filed for the company).
Any objections to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 18th day of July 2003.
