Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Travel World 2000 Limited:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (d), on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 7th day of February 2003.
