Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the
Above-named Company From the New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of
the above-named company, having its registered offices at
8 Nelson Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed
its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objection to its removal, under section 321
of the Companies Act 1993, is made to the Registrar of Companies by the 27th day of June 2003 (being not less than 20 working days of the date on which this notice is published), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
