Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
In the matter of W Stephens Transport Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the above-named company from the Register on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed, in particular:
(a) The final report and statement of realisation and distribution has been filed.
(b) All known assets have been realised.
(c) All proceeds of realisation have been distributed.
(d) The company is ready to be removed from the
New Zealand Register.
Any person may object to the strike-off if, in summary, they believe the company is still carrying on business, is party
to a legal action, or that they are a creditor with an undischarged claim or other equitable grounds as fully detailed in section 321, and deliver such to the Registrar.
Any objection to the removal must be lodged with the Registrar together with grounds no later than Tuesday,
the 3rd day of June 2003 (being a date not less than
20 working days after this notice).
