Notice to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 341 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of UCB Films (Asia Pacific) Pty Limited, whose registered office is situated Level Six, L J Hooker House, 57 Symonds Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand from the 16th day of May 2003.
UCB Films (Asia Pacific) Pty Limited, a company registered in Australia (ACN 007 415 714), whose name changed to Surface Specialties (Australia) Pty Limited on the 1st day of May 2003, will continue to service the New Zealand market from their Australian-based operations in Melbourne.
It is intended to notify the Registrar on or after the 16th day of August 2003 to remove the company from the Register.
