Notice of Intention to Remove Company From

I hereby give notice that I intend to request that this company be removed from the Register in accordance with section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The company has ceased trading and has no assets or liabilities.
Objections to the removal must be lodged by the 30th day of May 2003 at 5.00 p.m.
