Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Aries Holdings Limited and Aries Group Limited hereby give public notice that they have resolved to remove themselves from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the companies have ceased to carry on business, have discharged in full their liabilities to all their known creditors, and have distributed their surplus assets in accordance with their constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal of the companies, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar before the 16th day of May 2003.
