Notice to Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is filing the liquidator's final report on the completion of the voluntary liquidation and asking the Registrar to remove the company from the Companies Register.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 9th day of May 2003.
