Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
Shareholders have resolved on the 31st day of March 2003, to have the company removed from the New Zealand Companies Register on the grounds that all business has ceased, all debts owed to creditors are paid in full and surplus assets have been distributed to shareholders.
Any objection to the removal from the Register, lodged under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 12th day of May 2003.
