Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
The liquidator has completed the liquidation and the Registrar is required to remove the company from
the Register, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidator has delivered to
the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 9th day of February 2003.
