Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final report has been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to removal of the company, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 15th day of April 2003.

Note: This is the liquidation of a solvent company as part of the restructure of financial affairs. The trading activities of Total Carpet & Vinyl Laying Services Limited and Total Carpet Services (CHCH) Limited are not affected.
