Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that it is intended, after the 26th day of March 2003, to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of UtiliCorp Finance NZ Company ("the company") from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Delaware, United States of America.
