Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Daryl Stephen Owen, being the liquidator of Dover Group Limited (in liquidation) ("the company"), whose registered office is at 261 Konini Road, Titirangi, Auckland, give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar the final report on the liquidation, it is intended that an application be made to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Unless written objection to the company's removal is delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 27th day of March 2003 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
