Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Notice is given that Riverlaw Holdings Limited intends, after the 28th day of March 2003, to request the Registrar of Companies to remove it from the New Zealand Register, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Australia.
