Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that the shareholder of Talleys Fisheries (Westport) Limited proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 318 (1) (d) (i) of
the Companies Act 1993, for removal of the company
from the New Zealand Register.
The grounds for removal are that the company has ceased carrying on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
