Public Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register the above-named company, which has its registered office at 6 Winston Place, Henderson, by request, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.
The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 24th day of March 2003.
