Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register

Dennis James, being a director of the company, gives notice that he intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the company from the New Zealand Register.
The grounds are that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Unless written objection to the company's removal is delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 21st day of March 2003 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
