The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that on the 9th day of June 2003, the board listed below was registered by reason of a mistake of law:
New Zealand Chinese Teo Chew Association 1329201.
On the 10th day of June 2003, the Registrar accordingly made under seal a declaration that it was dissolved as from that date.
