Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following charitable trust ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:
The Mercia Barnes Trust 619274 (24 September 1997).
With this publication the trust is revived from the date of its dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
