Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
The company gives notice, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that, after the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice, the company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies that it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The intention of the company to cease carrying on business in New Zealand is due to administrative reasons only
and does not affect the Goodman Fielder operations in
New Zealand.
